How It Works: The 4 Steps

  1. 1. Launch: We meet with you to develop an overall understanding of your business, your competitive                      landscape, and your sales organization.

  2. 2. Discovery: We then provide you with our Strategic Directions Questionnaire, an online tool for                      sales/business leaders that will identify your organization’s critical and prioritized sales                      practices, behaviors, and drivers required in order to achieve your organization's strategic                      business objectives. This leadership tool will provide the framework for diagnosing the                      critical attributes of your sales force.

                         Concurrently, we conduct an in-market evaluation, including assessment of in-market                      activities of incumbents. Included in this assessment are reviews of incumbent’s                      approach to products, channels, selling process and customers; definition of local                      challenges; internal and organizational challenges, and anecdotal market intelligence.

  3. 3. Talent Assessment: Your sales team completes MRG’s Sales Performance Assessment (SPA)                      online. The SPA is an instrument that provides feedback on the sales practices and / or                      behaviors that need to be sustained, strengthened or modified to enhance sales                      effectiveness. The SPA utilizes the identical factors found in Strategic Directions, thus                      providing both sales leadership and sales team members with development and selection                      gaps, critical to achieving sales success. SPA provides comprehensive enterprise as well                      as individual feedback reports, essential for development.

  4. 4. Action Planning: Equipped with this critical information, bundled into our fully integrated Threads                      report, we work with you to develop appropriate action plans that align your sales                      organization to deliver extraordinary business results.
